You can return most of the Fossil products and receive a refund. The exceptions include items such as personalised products, products from the Design Your Watch category, gift cards and products that have had their hygiene seal broken. Furthermore, every product that is sent back to Fossil must be new, unused and in its original packaging. The timeframe of return is 30 days, starting from the date you received your order.
