LEGO Returns

Getting toys for a child is not always easy. If you’ve bought a LEGO set for your child and they don’t want it, you can simply return it back to LEGO and get a refund. You can bring your unwanted item to a LEGO store with a packing slip or a receipt and you will receive a refund. For orders over $200, your refund will come in the form of a store credit. If the product has been opened, you can still return it. You will also need a packing slip or a receipt and you will have the option to exchange your order or receive a store credit. If you wish to send back your unopened order, you can do that, but before sending it, you need to contact the LEGO Customer Service Line at 1-800-835-4386 and ask for the Return Authorization Number. Without it, the process may take much longer. All the return information is located on the packing slip. It may take a few days for you to receive your refund, so if you have any questions regarding its status, contact LEGO Customer Service.

LEGO Faulty Product Returns

The company has been built on several main principles, one of them being the finest quality of the blocks, which go through rigorous checking process before they are delivered to the customer. However, mistakes happen and if you do end up receiving a faulty product, your first step should be to contact LEGO Customer center. The phone line is active seven days a week, so you can resolve your issues even during the weekend. You will be asked to describe your fault with as much detail as possible. Additionally, you will be provided a Return Authorization Number so that your issue can be resolved more effectively.

LEGO Star Wars Sets

First Order Heavy Assault Walker™

The Heavy Assault Walker from Star Wars: Episode VIII is an amazing addition to the Star Wars LEGO collection. The toy has tons of cool features such as posable legs and head with a cockpit that you can open. The shooters are spring-loaded and the canisters are detachable, making this Assault Walker more than just a stationary toy. Apart from the 13-inch Walker, the set contains 5 minifigures and 4 weapons. The set is made of 1376 pieces, so assembling it might take some time, but it’s the journey that counts, not the destination. Besides, the LEGO instructions will help you if you get stuck during the process of bringing this epic toy to life. As far as the price is concerned, the LEGO sale should reduce it by quite a bit, and if there is no LEGO sale at the moment, you can always check out if there are any LEGO promo codes.

LEGO Batman Sets

Batmobile: Pursuit of The Joker

This LEGO Batman set is a must-have for all the DC Comics lovers. The iconic Batmobile from the Tim Burton movies is amazingly recreated. It even has the flame exhaust and it rotates when the car is moving! There are 2 figures included: Batman and his mischievous nemesis. The Batmobile has stud shooters that should incapacitate the Joker with ease, although the green-haired villain also has weapons of his own. This set is appropriate for children aged 7 or older. Of course, adults are also more than welcome to build this great set. It contains 342 pieces and no Batman LEGO collection is complete without it. A great gift for kids who love superheroes and want to catch the infamous Joker and feel like the protector of Gotham City. The set comes with easy-to-follow instructions so your child won’t get stuck in the process. However, everyone knows that building sets together with little help of the instructions is a much more involving process and it creates a sense of pride and confidence in one’s creative abilities. LEGO Star Wars Millennium Falcon

I’ve been a fan of Star Wars ever since I saw The New Hope in a theater when I was 8. When it comes to playing with LEGO, I used to spend most of my free time as a child building all kinds of spaceships and imagining I’m inside the Millennium Falcon going light speed across the galaxy. When I saw that LEGO actually made the Millennium Falcon set, I knew I had to have it. It was quite expensive, I think it’s the most expensive set ever, but it is also the biggest. The detail is just stunning. From distance, you can’t even tell it’s made of LEGO bricks. It took me a long, long time to assemble it, but it’s not a drawback. On the contrary, the time I spent building it took me back to the days when I built LEGO sets as a child. Now that I have a job and a child of my own, I don’t have all that much time to play, but this was something I just had to have. I’m so glad LEGO has an online store because the set was impossible to buy anywhere else.

LEGO Friends Central Perk

As a teenager, I loved watching Friends. I haven’t seen anything like this on TV, not before and not after. For 10 amazing seasons, I watched how the group of super-lovable characters got their lives on track and I wanted to be just like them, maybe with the exception of Chandler. When I saw that LEGO released a set of the Central Perk café, I just couldn’t believe it! I used to try to build them myself, but I was never able to recreate the detail that well, and now I can! My niece started watching Friends recently, and when she saw the box of LEGO Central Perk in my house, she begged me to assemble it together and that’s exactly what we did. It was great fun and when we finished building it, she was very proud of herself for not relying on the instructions too much. The free delivery was great, but I wish I had had a LEGO code to reduce a price just a little. Other than that, it was a great purchase that not only I got to enjoy. Seeing the joy of building something from scratch on my niece’s face was priceless.

More Information About LEGO

Company History

The toy company started production of wooden toys in the early 1930’s is Denmark under the leadership of Ole Kirk Kristiansen. At first, the company produced wooden toys but in 1947, the Danish toymaking business switched to plastic. In 1961, LEGO began selling their products on the American market. The 1960’s were particularly interesting for the company. It switched to using non-toxic plastic to produce the blocks, created the LEGO train sets and opened the first-ever Legoland, which is simply a LEGO theme park. The park was built mostly from LEGO bricks, which at the time was an impressive feat and both children and adults were astonished by the sheer scale of the buildings and the amazing capability of the bricks. The 1980’s saw the creation of the more advanced LEGO Technic line of products, targeted at older children who wanted to get more involved in technical designs. It often featured complex structured that moved if assembled correctly. As the biggest toy company in the world, LEGO is looking to strengthen its leading position on the market. Various LEGO sales and LEGO coupons help achieve that by drawing more and more customers.

Information About LEGO

LEGO is a Danish company that produces children’s toys in the form of sets made of building blocks. The company was founded in 1932 by Ole Kirk Kristiansen. The name is a reference to a Danish phrase “leg godt” which means “play well”. It is the world’s largest toy company and it has provided countless hours of joy to millions of people all over the world. LEGO believes that the best way to develop a young mind is through play. That is why the toys have to be assembled using tiny pieces. Since all the LEGO blocks are based on a uniform design structure, there are endless possibilities of making your own toys, giving kids and adults the chance to express their creativity through building. The toys have different age ranges, from 1 to 99 years old, which means that LEGO blocks are appropriate for everybody. The sets also vary in price, but they all have one thing in common: using LEGO promo codes reduces the price of the sets. There are 83 LEGO stores in the United States, but all the sets can be ordered online. On top of the toys, the company is involved in licensing for projects like various LEGO games such as LEGO Dimensions, LEGO Worlds or LEGO Jurassic World. There are also plenty of movies in the LEGO universe.

Tips and Hints

1. Pick a Brick If you’ve played with LEGO before, you know that each set is made of hundreds of small blocks and sometimes during play, the blocks can go missing. What do you do if you have lost or misplaced a block or blocks and cannot complete building your set? Well, LEGO has you covered. There is over 1,000 individual blocks to choose from, and each costs well under a dollar. There is no point in buying a whole new set just because you’re missing a few blocks.

2. LEGO VIP The LEGO loyalty program gives you amazing opportunities to get rewards, collect points and exchange them for discounts. The VIP members have the access to LEGO exclusives. Every set you buy gives you points. The more points you have, the bigger your discount can be. For those who buy LEGO sets often, this program is a great way of saving money! You need to be 18 or older to be able to take part in this program.

3. Social Media Following More and more companies allocate vast amounts of resources into their social media management. Instead of going to the website to find new releases, you can have LEGO on your Facebook, Twitter or Instagram feed and get all the information about new or upcoming products without leaving your social media app. Every now and then, there is a chance to win exclusive LEGO figurines and sets!

4. LEGO Ideas Since the company prides itself on being a supporter of children’s creativity, it’s only natural that showcasing that creativity would be on par with the company ethos and that is exactly what LEGO has been doing. LEGO ideas
