Shipping methods
There are three possible shipping methods: standard, expedited and express. The standard one is for free and takes between 1-5 business days to be delivered. The expedited one takes 2 days but costs 7 dollars. And the express one costs 14 dollars but is being delivered in 1 business day only. These costs exclude home appliances and television models over 65 inches.
TV models larger than 65 inch
Televisions that are greater than 65 inch will be delivered to your door after scheduling the delivery date and time on your account on the Samsung web. It is crucial that you are home on that date and may let the courier come in. For an additional 50 dollars there is an option of a White Glove - the service that will unpack and install the new TV for you.
Home Appliance Delivery
In case of buying a large home appliance like refrigerators, dishwashers or other electrodomestics, you will be shown delivery windows which will normally start 3 days after the purchase date. Please make sure that you will be available at home at selected time, as your presence is indispensable so the courier may come in and help you with the installation.
Samsung Experience Store Pickup
If you’d rather pick up the item than have it sent to your house, you can do so in Samsung Experience Stores. You will get a notification after your order is ready. Normally, if you order before 1 pm it is ready on the same day in the evening, and if you order in the afternoon - the item will be available from the next day on. It is important to pick-up your item within 5 days, otherwise it will be cancelled.
FedEx Delivery Manager
Samsung offers the possibility of managing your delivery via FedEx Delivery Manager. It is to be found on FedEx web. You will need to sign in and validate the shipping address. Then, any changes regarding the preferred hours or location may be introduced, always when it is done 1 day prior to the delivery date.
